To be eligible for the Roger Barbour & Cheryl Miller Scholarship a student must meet the following criteria:

- Be attending college or university on a full-time basis, or be a Senior graduating from High School and planning to attend college in the upcoming year.
- Submit a link to the TikTok no later than 11:59 PM EST on February 15, 2022.
- You agree that CannaSense has rights to the TikTok in perpetuity. Anticipated use of the TikTok may include but is not limited to: use on the Cannasense.com website or any of its affiliates' websites or any commercial or non-commercial use.
- Each scholarship winner can receive up to $2,000 in scholarship money.
Winners to be announced on or about March 1, 2022.

Disbursement of funds will be made directly to the school.
Any previous scholarship winner that has won a scholarship from the Foundation in the past year is not eligible for winning the current scholarship. You can reapply for a scholarship after the one year is over.
